Define Metagaming and Powergaming;

Mg: Magnesium. Ha... ha... sorry, I've spent the past week studying for chemistry finals. Anyways, metagaming is pretty much just using information your character wouldn't be privy to in roleplay.

Pg: Playing to win. Roleplaying is not about winning, it's about expanding upon a storyline and fleshing out the lives of your characters and the world. It's not about seeing who can kill the most people or has the biggest house or the most diamonds (unless your character is a braggart, in which case that is EXACTLY how you should view the world IC).
