Choose your own adventure, Nuclear winter

Welcome to the cyoa. This is a Nuclear winter with medieval technology.

First some basic things.

If you want to join in, simply post something along the lines of "I want to join."

When you run into another character, and wish to talk you may do this via skype/pms or whatever you prefer. However you must provide me with a full log of the conversation via a pm or over skype.

If someone fails to post five times in a row their character dies. If you tell me ahead of time, this will not happen.


Now to the cyoa:

There is no hunger or thirst, nor a need for sleep. There are day and night cycles but expect them to be sporadic.

Some tips:

Nothing is useless. You can craft stuff.
Avoid making loud noises.
Bandage your wounds, you will bleed out.
You will heal 1 hp per irl day. More if you rest.

You stand in the middle of a large field, nearby stands a farmhouse, and you see a large castle in the distance.

Admin:

You hit yourself in the face with a frying pan. You here a crack and feel pain flood your face and blood pour out your nose.

Zephaniahtron:

You are near a farmhouse at the edge of a field. In the distance a castle stands on a hill. Fields spread out behind you.

Gear:
1 Arrow
2 wheels of cheese
1 Shortbow

(Begins to move towards the farmhouse.)

Zephaniahtron:

You approach the farmhouse, everything seems to be quiet.

(EAT PAN)

(Enters the farmhouse. Look around, see what's inside that could be of use.)

You attempt to eat the pan, you succeed in denting it. You feel pain flood your mouth as a tooth breaks.

Zephaniahtron:

You enter the farmhouse and have a look around. You see a a table with some chairs in the middle of the room, and two cabinets against a wall. Two doors lead into more rooms.

FettSex:

You are a the edge of a forest. Nearby you see a farmhouse, behind which fields stretch out. A castle sits on a hill in the distance.

Your gear:

Longsword
Boiled leather jerkin (chest armor)
Small shield

(Open the cabinets, and look around for anything of use.)

Zephaniahtron:

You find a bunch of ropes, a rusty sycthe blade, several childrens toys, a small knife.

(Take the ropes, the knife, and the scythe blade. Open the set of doors which lead into another room.)

Zephaniatron:

You open the door to a bedroom, three beds stand alone the walls, you see a body in one.

I head off towards the farmhouse to search for loot.

Display intense emotions of horror towards the body, and observe it for wounds or any noticeable causes of death.

Fettsex:

You reach the farmhouse, the door is open and you hear something shuffling around inside.

Ofthemoon:

You are standing in a field, nearby a zombie chews on the body of a dead man. He has a frying pan is his hand. In the distance a castle stands on a hill.

Zephaniahtron:

You don't see any obvious cause of death, it smells foul, and you see the rise and fall of breath.

Slowly back away from the thing in the bed, knife in hand, and move to leave the farmhouse.
