Gauge of RP skill: I have roleplayed a good deal on a server called Akivir, but I wanted to find a RP server that actually had PVP too. Like, whats the point of just typing an attack in words, when we are on a game where you can swing a sword?

Have you read the rules?: Yes.

Have you read the extra rules?: Yes, though I suggest adding a secret code in them to make sure people do read the rules; like maybe in an important rule.

Define Metagaming and Powergaming;

Mg: Taking information your character shouldn't know, and using it to your advantage.

Pg: Overpowering yourself. Example: I am the greatest swordsman in the world (though, I'd say prove it in PVP). Close to godmodding yourself.
